Court hire

Longueville Tennis Club offers court hire to members and the wider community. Courts are available from 6:30am weekdays and 7:30am on weekends. Courts 1, 2 and 3 are available for play until sunset. Courts 4 and 5 are available for play until 9pm (except Sunday)

Fees - Members

  • Member court hire is free for all bookings during daylight hours. Member court hire under lights is $18 per hour.

  • Members’ visitors fees (day and night) are $12.00 per adult and $6.00 per junior

Fees - General Public / Non-Members

  • Non-member fees are $22 per hour during daylight hours (minimum 1 hour).

  • Non-member fees are $30 per hour under lights on courts 4 and 5 (minimum 1 hour)

General terms

  • Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

  • All payments must be made via Paypal at time of booking.

  • The courts are not available for unapproved hire by coaches.

  • No ball machines or dogs are allowed on courts.

  • Please note current booking restrictions when booking a court.

General Terms for play under lights

  • Lights will turn on approximately 30 minutes before sunset.

  • Lights will dim at 9pm to allow time to exit the court safely. Lights will turn off at 9:10pm

  • No night bookings will be available on Sundays

  • Please abide by the noise rules posted on the courts.

When booking a court members must tick the box that indicates they are a member and provide their membership number. You’ll receive an email with confirmation details. The booking confirmation also provides a manual access code, which is used if the automatic system fails, and a link to cancel an unwanted booking.

Whilst court hire is free for members, if a member takes a visitor or visitors to play, they must pay visitors fees via the online booking page (using Paypal).

Member bookings are made in the name of a member and the member MUST be present for play.

All members playing together count towards the one booking slot - e.g., 2 members playing together may not book 2 x 90 min slots in separate names and play for 3 hours.

Whilst courts 1 to 3 are for exclusive use by members and their guests, all 5 courts may be booked by members.

Non-members casual hire

Courts 4 and 5 are available to the public for hire. Payment is made at the time of booking via PayPal.

Cancellations

Please cancel any unwanted booking so that others may book.
Cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Failure to cancel may result in suspension of your booking rights.
To receive a refund for casual hire, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the booking time. Contact bookings@longuevilletennis.com.au
